Provided with 4 independent assembly stations, one filling station and one for end product testing. All material, component or end product handling is made through a robot.

Painting

Composed by  unloading and loading places for big and average-small pieces, painting cabin for application of hydrosoluble product,  flash period tunnel, heating furnace and cooling area.

Quality check

Provided with  involute machines for the tridimensional check of the gears, machine for the check of the roughness and roundness.
The laboratory is provided for the metallographic analysis.
